2. Decide on what you want to buy based on product’s photo, price, and specifications, and add to shopping cart.
3. View shopping cart, and make any changes if necessary.
4. View total order. Please note that we provided a Comments field to allow you to add any additional details about your order, such as product colors or sizes.
5. Check out. Have your credit card information ready. Register if you haven’t yet. By registering we will keep track of your purchases and help you re-order too.

You do not need to register with us if you are just browsing, but you will need to register once you decide to buy. You can register before you begin to browse or once you have added items to your shopping cart. See FAQs for the benefits of registering with us.

To browse the store, just type a keyword, manufacturer, or part number into our search engine. Each product we stock is accompanied by a photograph and specifications to help you make a sound decision on what to buy. Once finished shopping, you can view your shopping basket, change its contents, select the shipper, method of shipment, and view the total order. If you are happy with the contents of your shopping cart, you may proceed to check out. We will ask you for your credit card information and your ship-to address. Please provide us with your email and telephone number, as we may need them to insure your satisfaction. We do not call you to sell products or services. Then, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with the order number. Please note that cancelling your order may incur a 5% charge if we do not receive your cancellation notice before the credit card transaction settles (banks and credit card companies do not refund their fees on settled transactions).

To return a product, just go to customer service, request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and we will guide you through the rest of the steps. Please have the order number ready. Please note that manufacturers may charge you a re-stocking fee when you return your product.

To re-order an item, just go to your account, look up that order (by using the order #, or date) and just click on that order. Now you are ready to check out the entire order again, that’s it!
