Any shipping and handling charges applied to a "non-oversized" item shipped within the Continental United States will be reflected in the customer's shopping cart while placing their order. All charges are in U.S. Dollars. Make sure you provide us with a valid email, phone number, and shipping address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide your phone number so the shipper can contact you in case they have difficulty finding your address. We make every attempt to ship immediately, but please be aware that in some cases we may have to ship within 2-3 days, and in rare cases it might take longer (we list these exceptions in the product details on our web sites). Also, there is a slight chance that our system will indicate that an item is in stock, when in fact we might have just sold the last item (while you were ordering), but the system has not been updated. Please remember that you are responsible for the order once the carrier (UPS/FedEx, CC) delivers it to your address. We are not responsible for breakage, crushed or tampered cartons. Please email us immediately if you have a problem with the delivered package (customerservice@builderdepot.com). Please note that due to the size and nature of most products on our site, we are not able to accurately calculate the shipping charges until we actually ship the order. If a correction becomes necessary, we reserve the right to adjust your order's total at a later date, to match the actual shipping charges and you agree to pay any additional charges. Most items can ship to APO/FPO addresses, but please read the product description as some items cannot ship to those addresses. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses take a few days longer and can cost you more money.
Please note that we do not accept delivery address changes after the order has been placed to help protect you against fraud.
Please note that you are liable for any costs we incur if you provide us with the wrong shipping address. You are also responsible for all shipping charges and all other fees if you refuse to accept the shipment or do not cooperate to so we can deliver the order to you per your order instructions.

Oversized items are not always noted in the product descriptions within the BuilderDepot store. As such, we may have to adjust your shipping charges and you agree to pay any additional fees.

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.
Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
Bongo claims his process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.
Step-By-Step Order Guide:
1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the below image.
3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Return back to your basket at our web site to resume your checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions - we will not be responsible for any losses if you do not use the same credit card.
7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. We will deliver your order to your Bongo's Address. Bongo will take over to deliver your international order, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

Holiday Shipping Schedule
UPS and other shippers have special pick-up and delivery schedules for the holidays. Please keep this in mind when ordering items during the holiday season. Please note that orders placed after December 12 may not reach you by December 24.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After you have submitted your order, we will email you the "order confirmation number" as confirmation of order acceptance (please reference this number with all your communications with us). Once the order has shipped, we will also email you the "Shipping Tracking Number", which you may use to log on the shipper's web site to track your shipment. Please use the tracking # to track your shipment and alert us if you do not get the shipment within 7 days, otherwise we cannot help you and you will be responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged.
